#329 Punk Rock Friday
When I hear.... the sound of concrete and steel I sense a rythm, that science can't feel I feel the beat.... of our hearts as one I hold your colour, when my vision is gone This power is something but the force is blind Transmitted through a network, of your own kind As minutes tick away.... and days become years I know this old feeling, it's a substance in my tears And the kids on the street And the kids everywhere And all I gotta say is the kids don't care

#327 SLAYERRRRRR Pinball On iPad
I brought home the company iPad for Christmas and in the spirit of the season immediately downloaded the Slayer Pinball app, cause what's better then playing digital pinball in a Slayer themed environment... that's right maybe it's the 1992 Sega Megadrive Rock induced Crüe Ball, but who owns a Megadrive these days.
See the game in action over at the official website of Slayer and or download the app here.

#312 Krautrock - The Rebirth Of Germany
While in Hamburg and in between meetings this week, I had a chance to watch the BBC 4 documentary "Krautrock The Rebirth Of Germany". An amazing documentary giving insight on how the social political environment of post-war Germany created an exceptionally creative and experimental music scene. A music scene that played a big part in inventing electronic music whilst sprouting out bands like Neu!, Faust, Cluster and of course Kraftwerk.
Simply a must see for any music and or LSD lover... hey and it's all on youtube!
