For the past couple of years (that's an eternity in blog years) both Wilbert at Het Zesde Vlak, Niels at EHPO and a gang of merry musicians, advertising pro's and music-business-mongul-men have been compiling mp3 compilations called "the Perfect Series."
The idea is quite simple... 17 - 18 tracks around a certain theme or genre, accompanied by liner notes from the compiler and a sweet sleeve designed by Wilbert himself.
I've been a big fan of the series for a while now and even created one myself (Perfect John Reis) that should see the light of day soon.
As of yesterday Blog010110 will also distribute (for lack of a better word) the Perfect Series.
