While in Hamburg and in between meetings this week, I had a chance to watch the BBC 4 documentary "Krautrock The Rebirth Of Germany". An amazing documentary giving insight on how the social political environment of post-war Germany created an exceptionally creative and experimental music scene. A music scene that played a big part in inventing electronic music whilst sprouting out bands like Neu!, Faust, Cluster and of course Kraftwerk. Simply a must see for any music and or LSD lover... hey and it's all on youtube!
