I know this iPhone app is way old, but I just discovered it this week. It's the Lil Jon: Official Soundboard app for iPhone. For as little as 79 Eurodollarcents you can here classics such as Yeah! and What! over-and-over-and-over-and-over again. Lil' Jon, by the way, used to look like this (note the dutch football jacket!). Your retarded nephew might have a chance of becoming a retarded superstar after all.
